Verifying your identification on a platform like ours is super important not only to know you’re a real person but to ensure our other customer’s safety.

With all this in mind we have some updates for our customers new and old that you will want to pay attention to!

This is all thanks to our new KYC process that allows us to verify our customer’s identity when using our services. This new process is more flexible and secure than previously.

We ask all our customers to complete the first stage by March 1st. 

If not completed by that date then your account will be frozen, meaning you won’t be able to trade and grow your portfolio!

What Steps Do I Need To Take?

By the 1st of March you need to have done the following to complete the first level of KYC.

Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Residency
  • Citizenship
  • Mobile phone number

Once you have done the above you’re in the clear and can carry on your investing journey with us!
