What is TrueFi?

TrueFi is the blockchain’s answer to providing credit.

It is now easier than ever to access on-chain capital via the TrueFi platform.

The aim of TrueFi is to connect lenders, borrowers and portfolio managers so they can access DeFi services.

TrueFi’s protocol is made up of the following:

  • Asset Vaults - Facilitate off-chain credit and Real World Asset (RWA) activity.
  • Credit Vaults - Smart contracts that coordinate the lending, borrowing, and management of on-chain credit. 
  • Lines of credits - Lending pools for a single borrower.
  • Index Vaults - Allocating capital across multiple underlying TrueFi products.

TrueFi also has more general DeFi features such as staking and their very own Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) for users to actively contribute to the protocol.

So far over $30 million has been earnt by users in interest showing the true earning potential that TrueFi brings for investors and traders alike.

The TrueFi token

TrueFi has its own token called TRU.

TRU token is used for governance within the DAO and can also be used to stake via the protocol. Rewards are paid out in TRU tokens.
